Our mission at Heritage Hearing Care is simple: to provide excellent services for hearing impaired people and their families in the Upper Ottawa Valley. We are local women dedicated to “helping ears to hear”. We are committed to this area, its communities, its stories and its story-tellers. For us that means listening to you and helping you to listen to others.

Our services include:

  • Diagnostic hearing assessments
  • Counselling on communication strategies and management
  • Tinnitus assessment and management strategies
  • Hearing aid and assistive device consultations *
  • Hearing aid programming, verification, and validation
  • In-house and manufacturer repair services
  • Custom hearing protection for musicians, hunters, workers, and swimmers
  • Visits to several local seniors’ residences
  • Habilitation classes and open houses
